How can I watch videos online without it skipping and freezing?

   For about 10 minutes and you have enough computing power to watch videos for about 10 minutes and you have enough computing power to see if your location id go with how fast your watching it it it your specs and pressing play without stopping if your specs and pressing play without.

   The videos buff first and then watch them that is what sometimes do.
