When I try to watch videos online my computer freezes even if it’s youtube or sites like that. At the top it says not responding and it won’t let me close it. Ctrl-Alt-Delete doesn’t work either. Finally a window pops up asking me to send an error report to microsoft. I have sent some so now I hit don’t send. When I do that it closes all the windows. I have cleaned my files and checked for viruses and done all that stuff. I can’t figure out what’s going wrong.
